about halfadot giving something back ...

What you are about to see uses 'simple' style commands. The code on this page is fully cross-browser compliant (versions 4 and beyond), except that the hover color change will not occur with Netscape. To see how it works, study the source code - later.

Different color links
Being able to make my links any color I want is nice, but ...

Question
Just how can you get one set of links in one color and another set of links in a different color?

Answer
Use style commands and define more than one kind of link style.

Apply the link class to the links you want in each defined style ...

link1  is a 'normal' link, and link2 is the other style.

How does it all work? You can look at the source code and help yourself. There are enough comments in the source code to make it simple for you to adapt this code for your own pages.
