This is just a demonstration to show how a Bravenet e-mail form can accept a user-selected subject for the e-mail response to the form.

If you view the source of this page, you will see that the Subject of this e-mail form is set to 'No Subject'.

By using some simple javascript, what happens when the SELECTION is made is that the hidden 'subject' value is replaced with the selected value.

If you examine the source code, you will see that the script also includes some minor 'validation' to prevent empty forms being sent.

In this example, a copy of the message will go to :

- the bravenet member whose usernum is included (me)
- subject of the message will be what you chose.
